Kulturwissenschaftler (Germanistik, Philosophie und Geschichte) und Kultur-/Bildungsmanager; promovierter Altgermanist mit langjähriger Erfahrung als wiss. Mitarbeiter und Lehrbeauftragter an UNI, Pädagogischer Hochschule und Musikhochschule sowie in leitender Funktion bei Musik-Festivals und an Volkshochschulen.
Rüdiger Krüger hält Vorträge, Lehrveranstaltungen und Moderationen mit den Schwerpunkten deutsche Literatur, Kulturgeschichte, Ästhetik, und schreibt wissenschaftliche, didaktische und belletristische Publikationen (letztere, v.a. Gedichte, Stücke und Erzählungen, unter seinem nom de plume Siegfried Carl).
Er ist Lehrbeauftragter an der Hochschule für Musik Detmold im Fach Liedgestaltung zum Thema „Lied und Lyrik“.
Rüdiger Carl Siegfried Krüger ist Mitglied im VS (Verband Deutscher Schriftstellerinnen und Schriftsteller) und im PEN-Zentrum Deutschland.
